Job Description:
The Renewal Specialist will be responsible for renewing AMCs of PTC products like Creo, Windchill, Mathcad, Vuforia, ThingWorx etc.. (Support Maintenance and software renewal contracts). It is an administrative role with sales orientated tasks.
The goal of this position is to drive contract renewal rates to 100% and drive upsell opportunities uncovered during the renewal process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- You are responsible to monitor and increase company's A.R.R (Annual recurring Revenue) from software sales.
- Identify expiring contracts 90 days in prior.
- Work with customers directly & follow up and make sure the contracts are renewed in time.
- Generate Renewal Quotes (from partners) /invoices (Customers).
- Validate and confirm the accuracy of all supporting data for the quote and work to resolve any discrepancies.
- Work with Software Dealers, customers, partners, CADOpt Sales team & CSS team to build a cordial relationship and expedite resolution of customer maintenance issues.
- Work to improve customer satisfaction by closely working with CSS team to make sure the required support is given to customer.
- Continuously contribute to the improvement of contract renewal process to increase ARR.
- Work closely with OEMs, Dealers to understand the change in price and policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Process all change orders, Do Not Renew (DNR) requests, and approved terminations in compliance with established SOPs to ensure accurate customer billing and management reporting.
- Work closely with customer, CADOpt Accounts/Finance, CSS, Dealer, OEM team for managing: Intime order processing, timely invoicing, Shipments, Support, training & payment receivables.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar environment or an equivalent combination of skills, training, knowledge, and abilities highly preferred.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Relevant experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or Order Management role(s) for PTC products or any other similar products.
- Good in English oral and written communication skills is must.
- Good hold on, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada is a plus.
- Attention to detail is a must!
- Strong customer service skills and ability to develop relationships.
- Must be organized and efficient to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at working in high pressure situations.
- Zoho CRM experience is a plus.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office products.
- Self-motivated and self-driven.
