About Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Lead to oversee and elevate our end-to-end quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in agency environments, handling .NET and WordPress projects, and managing multiple client deliveries simultaneously. This role involves leading the QA function, guiding junior team members, improving processes, and ensuring every release meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the QA lifecyclefrom planning to final deployment.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Developers to uphold quality benchmarks.
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases for .NET and WordPress projects.
- Manage deployment workflows and maintain structured documentation.
- Mentor junior QAs and drive process enhancements.
- Utilize automation frameworks and basic CI/CD practices to optimize testing.
- Coordinate effectively in a dynamic, multi-project setup.
Required Skills
- 48 years of QA experience (agency background preferred)
- Strong testing experience with .NET and WordPress
- Knowledge of deployment workflows & version control
- Leadership and team mentoring capability
- Familiarity with automation frameworks & CI/CD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Zoho tools (added advantage)
