Key Responsibilities
- Lead the QA process end-to-end, from planning to release.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Developers to ensure quality standards across all deliverables.
- Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for .NET and WordPress projects.
- Manage deployment workflows in a multi-client environment.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers to improve team efficiency and skill levels.
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen QA methodology.
- Utilize automation frameworks to streamline testing efforts.
- Apply basic CI/CD practices to integrate quality checks into pipelines.
- Maintain detailed documentation for test plans, cases, and results.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment, delivering on time without compromising quality.
- Use Zoho tools (or equivalent) for project tracking and collaboration (advantageous).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 48 years in Quality Assurance, ideally in an agency environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong QA expertise in .NET and WordPress projects.
- Solid understanding of deployment workflows and version control systems.
- Proven leadership ability to manage QA processes and mentor team members.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines in a client-focused, multi-project environment.
- Working knowledge of Zoho tools is a plus.
Preferred Tools & Technologies
- JMeter: Hands-on experience with performance and load testing.
- Postman: Strong knowledge of API testing workflows.
- Zoho Projects / Jira / Asana: Familiarity with project tracking tools.
- Selenium: Proficiency in automation testing and real-world use cases.
