About the Role
Concept PR is looking for a sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior PR Executive to join our IPO Communications Team. The role involves supporting key communication initiatives for clients preparing to go public, ensuring consistent messaging, strong media visibility, and seamless coordination throughout the IPO process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and execution of PR strategies for IPO clients across pre-IPO, listing-day, and post-listing phases.
- Draft press releases, media notes, Q&As, briefing documents, fact sheets, and communication material.
- Coordinate media interactions, schedule interviews, and handle follow-ups with journalists.
- Build and maintain media relationships, especially with business, finance, and markets journalists.
- Track media coverage and prepare daily/weekly media reports, sentiment analysis, and insights.
- Assist in content development for investor communication and key announcements.
- Work closely with internal teams, client stakeholders, legal teams, and partner agencies for approvals.
- Support on-ground activities such as listing-day events, media engagements, and roadshows.
- Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and timely delivery of all communication outputs.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for all client deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of PR, corporate communications, or financial communication experience.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of business and financial media.
- Good knowledge of media landscapes, especially business and economy-focused publications.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Mass Media, PR, Marketing, or a related field.
