You'll be the go-to person for bringing cross-functional teams together, navigating priorities, and making sure we're always delivering value, not just software.
You'll work closely with senior sponsors, business analysts, and technical stakeholders on the client side-navigating expectations, translating needs into action, and ensuring alignment at every stage of delivery.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Technical & Operational Fluency
Experienced with financial services technology, ideally in middle office or post-trade
operations.
Extensive expertise in multi-asset workflows, including equities, fixed income, FX, OTC
derivatives and with particular depth in listed futures and options, spanning front-to-back trade
lifecycle, execution nuances, and post-trade processes.
Project & Delivery Leadership
Proven industry experience as a Project or Delivery Manager delivering technology projects
within capital markets- whether as a Delivery Manager, Implementation Lead, or Project
Manager.
Strong ability to balance business requirements with technical execution and timeline
constraints.
Capital Markets & Securities Operations Knowledge
Clear understanding of front-to-back processes within the securities trade lifecycle.
Ability to speak the language of operations teams and translate their needs into clear
deliverables.
Agile Experience
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including backlog management and sprint-
based development cycles.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR DELIVERING
End-to-End Project Delivery
Lead and oversee delivery of client projects for our middle office application- from planning
through release and post-go-live stabilization.
Client Relationship Management Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication
and addressing any issues that arise.
Stakeholder Communication
Engage directly with senior sponsors, business analysts, and technical teams on the client side
to clarify goals, manage expectations, and align on delivery outcomes.
Backlog & Scope Management
Own and manage project-specific backlogs in partnership with clients and internal teams,
ensuring clarity on scope, readiness, and priorities.
Risk and Escalation Management:
Anticipate risks, manage escalations, and ensure swift resolution of client-facing issues by
working cross-functionally with support, operations, and engineering.
Quality Assurance
Ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards and client expectations, with an eye toward
long-term client satisfaction.
Resource Planning
Work with scrum leads to plan and allocate resources, escalating capacity constraints when
needed.
Continuous Improvement
Identify areas to streamline processes and improve delivery outcomes- both internally and for
clients.
Agile Execution
Foster agile delivery practices across all workstreams, ensuring collaboration, transparency,
and iterative progress.
