Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of software development projects focused on Software as a Service (SaaS) and Cloud/IoT applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical understanding, and project management expertise to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of complex software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Enable technical and economic success of software development projects for SaaS applications.
Plan, track, monitor, and deliver projects in alignment with Agile/Lean practices.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and defined scope.
Manage and optimize utilization of project resources including people, hardware, software, and infrastructure.
Handle product requirements prioritize, decompose into user stories and technical tasks.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
Engage with stakeholders and manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Collect relevant performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Guide and mentor team members to achieve project and organizational goals.
Translate business needs into effective and scalable technical solutions.

Technical & Functional Requirements:

Proven experience managing Cloud & IoT projects (AWS/Azure) for a minimum of 3 years.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies and managed services (AWS, Azure).
Solid experience in Agile/DevOps project management methodologies.
Exposure to the electrical or energy domain and awareness of related market trends.
Proficiency in risk management and customer engagement.
Demonstrated ability to foster a positive team culture and drive performance.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
