We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results on time and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Location: Mumbai (with PAN India travel)

Experience: 1012 years in Commercial Interior Fit-Outs

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning, scheduling, and monitoring project execution.

- Forecasting completion dates and ensuring timely delivery.

- Manpower planning and resource allocation.

- Handling quantity surveying, material procurement, and site coordination.

- Conducting project/site meetings with clients, architects, and vendors.

- Tracking project progress with DPR, WPR, and MPR reports.

- Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

- Overseeing snag resolution, project closure, and client handover.

- Supervising teams and evaluating performance.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Designing (preferred).

- Post-Graduate in Construction Management (preferred).

- 1012 years of experience in corporate fit-out / turnkey interiors.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

- Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills.
