Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager who has the passion to learn and an eye for detail.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensuring projects align with client needs and objectives
• Liaising with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. 
• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements, scope, objectives, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Develop project plans, estimates, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
• Lead, manage, coach, and develop cross-functional project teams, including performance management, mentoring, conflict resolution, and capability building.
• Monitor project health through KRAs, risks, dependencies, resource utilization, and project status, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Manage project governance, including logs, change requests, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Own project budgets, effort tracking, forecasting, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Conduct project reviews, client governance meetings, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing delivery best practices, improving team performance, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project management methodologies.

Qualifications required:

Graduation/ PG in BBA/BBM, MBA/PGDBM is preferable.

Must have/Mandate skills include:

· Basic technical knowledge of understanding a web page or the elements of web page

· Proficient in written and verbal communication skills

· Should have excellent presentation skills

· Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

· Scrum/PMP/Prince2/Project Management certification is a plus
