Job Title: Project Coordinator/ Implementation Engineer

About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Implementation Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience managing and implementing IT projects. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage end-to-end project implementation activities.
Assist in planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting project progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Work directly with clients and partners to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
Maintain project documentation and updates on platforms such as Smartsheets, Jira, Salesforce, and Confluence.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and assist in developing mitigation plans.
Support the technical team with deployment, testing, and integration tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate, preferably in Science stream or MCA.
Additional qualifications or certifications in Project Management or Implementation are preferred.
Strong technical understanding of the IT domain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for an external-facing role.
Proficiency in Smartsheets, Jira, Salesforce, and Confluence.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
