Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Architect located in Navi Mumbai. Key responsibilities include leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements, and adhering to all codes and standards. The role requires coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, reviewing project submittals, implementing sustainable design practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture, including designing and executing projects across various scales and typologies.
• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee timelines and collaboration with consultants.
• Experience with Submittals and implementing UDCPR Guidelines for Architectural design projects.
• Advanced proficiency Architectural Design & Drawing's tools and applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
