Department- Finance

Position Title- Project & contract operations specialist

Location- Gurgaon

Experience- 6-10yrs

Key Skills:

  • Review and document all daily contractual changes and new engagements for management reporting
  • Track and review contract renewals and amendments
  • Set up projects/engagements in the Delivery Tracking System
  • Ensure real-time updates of project/engagement details in the Delivery Tracking System
  • Maintain and update the contractual database to support management and operational needs.
  • Prepare MIS reports related to contracts for management review
  • Perform reconciliation between contract commercials and client billing
  • Support project-related activities, including documentation and coordination
  • Support senior leadership on ad hoc requests
  • Support in client billing and revenue process

Key Competencies:

Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to implement and adhere to internal controls

Strong verbal and written communication skills

.Ability to coordinate and interact effectively with Senior management

Flexibility to work across different time zones

Proactive approach with a commitment to meeting timelines

Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions and data handling

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Exposure to Oracle ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion Project Management Cloud Service) is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

BCOM (Hons)/ BCOM/ MBA(Finance)/ CA/ CA inter/ CMA etc
