Job Purpose

Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technology-based training, upskilling existing team members, and facilitating in building career paths for technology-based team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Able to design, develop, and impart technology trainings programs including manuals, guides, presentations, and online resources in the areas of Data Engg, Digital Engg, and Enterprise based platforms for technology teams on a regular basis for freshers/laterals globally
  • Impart Acuity's proprietary tools, especially BEAT for the delivery teams
  • Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different delivery teams, including beginners, intermediate users, and advanced users.
  • Continuously improve training programs based on participant feedback and technological advancements. Creating/updating new content, assessment, assignments, guides, e-learning modules, case study, and quizzes on tech training modules in flex there by improving online modules feedback
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars in various formats, including in-person, online, and hybrid mode. Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrations to ensure participants can apply what they learn in real-world scenarios. Use various teaching methods and tools to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify training needs through surveys, and observations. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback. Prepare reports on training outcomes and recommendations for future training needs
  • As a team, we believe working from the office on all days.

Key Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge about software development cycle, exposure of trainings on platforms AWS, Azure, and other platforms and able to impart trainings to tech related teams. Knowledge about capital market space is an added advantage
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge in the areas of data visualization like Power BI, Tableau, good knowledge about MS office, and zeal to upgrade, and learn in all modes of training
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technological landscapes relevant to financial services and analytics.
  • Stay updated with the latest technological trends, tools, and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Excellent technical skills, communication skills (written and spoken), Interpersonal skills, organizational skills, highly motivated and willing to work hard,
  • Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive
