Senior Production Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Production Manager based in New Delhi. The Senior Production Manager will oversee the entire production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with weavers and craftsmen, maintaining quality control, and optimizing production efficiency. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, ensuring compliance with safety and sustainability standards, and managing inventory and supply chain logistics.

• Proven experience in production management, preferably in the textile or fashion industry
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in textile engineering, production management, or a related field
• Understanding of sustainable production practices is a plus
