Job Description for Senior Product Support Specialist.
Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in application support where candidate should be good in Linux administration and application troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
The candidate should have following skills:
Should have experience on application release management, application/server Installation, Deployment, Configuration, Patching, Troubleshooting & monitoring.
At Least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tomcat / Apache / JBoss / WebSphere , APIs , SSL & Load balancer .
Prior experience in mission-critical support role in Performance, Resizing, Scalability , Disaster Recovery or Automation.
Knowledge in ITIL processes specific to Change Management, Incident Management and Problem management.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application and technical problems in production settings.
Basic Experience in Database (Sql, Postgres, Oracle)
Prefer to have the following skills.
Azure or AWS based Cloud Architecture and migration is a plus.
Basic knowledge of monitoring tools like Zabbix, splunk, Grafana or any other monitoring tools.
Understanding of concepts like Clustering, high availability, Load balancing and heap/Thread Dump analysis.
Should have experience in Ansible or Terraform.
