About the role:

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Seller Experience domain at Snapmint. This role will focus on building scalable, intuitive tools and systems that make it easy for sellers to onboard, manage catalogs, run promotions, and track performance on our marketplace.

You'll partner with engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure sellers have the right infrastructure to succeed — while balancing Snapmint's goals of efficiency, compliance, and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end seller journey: onboarding, catalog management, pricing, promotions, order management, and performance insights
  • Build intuitive, self-service tools and dashboards to simplify seller operations
  • Define and prioritize features that improve seller experience while aligning with marketplace growth goals
  • Partner with operations to streamline workflows like KYC, verification, payouts, and dispute resolution
  • Work with data teams to provide actionable insights that help sellers improve sales and fulfillment performance
  • Ensure seller-facing systems are scalable, reliable, and compliant with regulations

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of product management experience, focused on seller/merchant platforms in a large-scale B2C ecommerce company
  • Strong understanding of seller onboarding, catalog systems, pricing tools, and promotions
  • Exposure to payments, KYC/compliance workflows, and order lifecycle management
