We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own and drive our B2B portal product line as we scale our presence in the wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing markets.
Position Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own product strategy and execution for our B2B portal solutions. This role requires deep understanding of B2B commerce dynamics, strong technical acumen, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward results.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
- Work with engineering leads to design integration workflows between ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, and the B2B portal
- Drive product releases from MVP to iterative improvements based on market feedback
- Maintain product documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders
Market & Partner Development
- Build strategic relationships with implementation partners, eCommerce agencies, and ERP integrators
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities in wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing verticals
- Partner with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies, positioning, and sales enablement
- Lead partner enablement programs to scale channel sales and implementations
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications
- Collaborate with engineering to evaluate feasibility, resolve blockers, and ensure quality delivery
- Align with implementation partners, ERP vendors, and eCommerce platforms on integration requirements
- Define and track product metrics including adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 5-8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, eCommerce platforms, or ERP integration
- Proven track record leading technical B2B products from concept to market
- Experience with Agile development processes and working closely with engineering teams
- Demonstrated success building partner-led go-to-market strategies
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of B2B commerce workflows, pricing models, and approval processes
- Deep knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP B1) and API integrations
- Ability to write technical specifications and evaluate integration architecture

- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communicator who can influence stakeholders and rally teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
