About the Role
The
Senior Product Manager Gen AI will lead the strategic development and integration of Generative AI initiatives within the bank. This role is responsible for ensuring that GenAI projects align with the bank's broader objectives, deliver measurable value, and reinforce the institution's leadership in technological innovation within the Indian banking sector. The role demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Generative AI projects in alignment with the bank's strategic goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Centre of Excellence for Generative AI and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Assess project risks, anticipate challenges, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI and fintech to maintain the bank's competitive edge.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with external vendors, stakeholders, and partners in the Generative AI and fintech ecosystem.
- Coordinate with IT and Security teams to ensure all GenAI implementations comply with the bank's security protocols and standards.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Bachelor's degree in science (B.Sc.), Technology (B.Tech), Computer Applications (BCA), Commerce (B.Com), or Business Administration (BBA).
- Post-Graduation: MBA or PGDM.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in product management, AI/ML technologies, or fintech innovation.
Skills and Attributes
- Proven experience in leading AI-driven product initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications in financial services.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to assess risks, manage complex projects, and drive strategic outcomes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Familiarity with banking industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
