Job Description

Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Health & Insurance (SPM / PM3)

Experience Required: 6 - 8 Years

Job location: Pune / Bangalore [Hybrid]

Job Responsibilities

Define product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals focused on Health & Insurance verticals
Bring deep domain expertise and create team to identify & deliver the opportunity
Ensure we are able to capture substantial (40%+) market share of these new opportunities in Health & Insurance domains
Create and manage product roadmaps and prioritize features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify needs and opportunities
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Communicate product updates and project status to stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery of product features and improvements

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record of successfully managing software products from concept to launch
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
