Senior Product Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive one or more product areas that directly impact our customers and business operations. You will work closely with the Product Head, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams to build scalable products, improve user experiences, and solve high-impact business problems.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience owning products end-to-end, enjoys working in ambiguity, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Own:

• Own the product roadmap and execution for one or more product pods.
• Define product requirements based on customer insights, business priorities, and data.
• Drive products from ideation to launch while ensuring timely delivery.
• Build features that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Growth, Finance, and Leadership teams.
• Prioritize product backlog and make trade-offs based on impact and effort.
• Monitor product performance using data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Drive product decisions through experimentation, analytics, and user research.
• Mentor Associate Product Managers (APMs) and contribute to strengthening product management practices.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience in a high-growth technology startup.
• Experience owning products from concept through launch and scaling.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution.
• Ability to translate business problems into simple, scalable product solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience making data-driven product decisions.
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams in Agile environments.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C product companies.
• Mobility, EV, Logistics, SaaS, FinTech, Marketplace, Supply Chain, or Operations-Tech experience preferred.
• Experience building products for both external customers and internal business users.
• Engineering background preferred; MBA is a plus.
