Role Summary
We're looking for a Senior Product Interaction Designer who believes that every interaction matters. Someone obsessed with craft. Someone who sweats the details that make software feel fast, intuitive and delightful. Your mission is to elevate the experience of our products through thoughtful interaction design, polished motion, meaningful micro-interactions, expressive illustrations, and AI-assisted design workflows.
You'll work alongside Product Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers to transform complex enterprise workflows into experiences users genuinely enjoy using.

What You'll Do
- Design elegant user interactions across complex SaaS workflows.
- Create delightful micro-interactions that improve usability, feedback, and perceived performance.
- Define motion principles and interaction patterns for Netcore's design system.
- Design transitions, animations, loading states, empty states, success states, error states, and onboarding experiences.
- Create illustrations, visual assets, icons, and lightweight motion graphics that enhance the product experience.
- Prototype high-fidelity interactions using modern prototyping tools.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure interactions are implemented with pixel-perfect quality.
- Push the quality bar for visual polish and interaction design across every product.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, animation, illustration, prototyping, and production workflows.
- Continuously explore emerging design trends, interaction patterns, and AI capabilities, bringing fresh ideas into the product.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 3–5 years of experience designing digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction design.
- Deep understanding of UX principles and enterprise product design.
- Excellent eye for typography, spacing, hierarchy, composition, and visual detail.
- Expertise in creating polished micro-interactions and motion.
- Strong prototyping skills using tools such as Figma, Framer, Principle, Rive, ProtoPie, or similar.
- Experience collaborating with frontend engineers to deliver production-ready interactions.
- Ability to simplify complex user journeys without compromising capability.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing B2B SaaS products.
- Illustration skills.
- Icon design experience.
- Knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects, Rive, or Lottie workflows.
- Basic HTML/CSS or frontend understanding.
- Experience contributing to a design system.
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive interaction design.
AI-First Designer
We're looking for designers who embrace AI as a creative partner.
You should be comfortable using modern AI tools to accelerate design thinking, generate concepts, create illustrations, prototype interactions, produce motion, write UX copy, and improve productivity.
Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Midjourney, Ideogram, Runway, Figma AI, Framer AI, Rive AI, or similar platforms is highly valued. What matters most is curiosity and the ability to continuously learn and integrate new AI capabilities into your workflow.
