Senior Product Designer(UI/UX and AI Innovation)

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer (Product Design & AI Innovation) to lead the design and transformation of next-generation digital products and AI-powered user experiences. This role combines expertise in UX Design, UI Design, Product Design, Design Systems, User Research, AI-driven Design Tools, Prompt Engineering, and Enterprise Product Innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, web and mobile products, while leveraging AI-powered design workflows, Generative AI tools, AI-native experiences, and agentic systems to deliver innovative, scalable, and user-centric solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for enterprise, SaaS, web, and mobile products.
• Define UX strategy, user journeys, and product experience roadmaps.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design AI-powered experiences, conversational interfaces, and intelligent workflows.
• Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate design and innovation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI standards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to shape product strategy.
• Facilitate design workshops and promote user-centered design practices.
• Mentor designers and drive design excellence, accessibility, and consistency across products.

Technical Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Experience Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise, SaaS, web, and mobile product design expertise.
• Proven experience in UX research, interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, and design thinking.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Figma Make, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Experience building and managing scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Strong understanding of AI-native experiences, Conversational UX, AI interaction patterns, and enterprise workflow design.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Firefly, and Figma AI.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, AI-assisted design workflows, agentic systems, rapid prototyping, and design automation.
