Key Responsibilities
- Design admin dashboards, control panels, and configuration workflows.
- Simplify complex system settings into user-friendly interfaces.
- Map user journeys for enterprise administrators.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements.
- Deliver high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and production-ready assets.
- Incorporate usability and accessibility standards into every feature.
- Conduct research sessions with admin users to validate assumptions.
- Iterate quickly based on real-world feedback.
- Ensure designs are scalable across enterprise-scale applications.
What You Bring
- 35 years designing B2C or enterprise admin tools.
- Portfolio demonstrating admin dashboards or configuration systems.
- Strong skills in UX flows and interaction design.
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
- Understanding of enterprise workflows and system dependencies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
