Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Designer to lead design for advertising products. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and strategic design thinking to create exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end design for advertising products and features
Create user-centered solutions for advertisers, agencies, media buyers, and internal teams
Develop comprehensive design systems and maintain design consistency across products
Design pixel-perfect, developer-friendly UI that minimizes implementation challenges
Conduct user research and validate design solutions through testing and feedback
Conduct in-depth competitive research to inform design strategies and identify market opportunities
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support and Commercials teams to deliver impactful user experiences
Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
Present design concepts to stakeholders and senior leadership
Required Qualification:
Experience & Skill:
4+ years of product design experience with focus on advertising products
2+ years of experience designing advertising or marketing platforms
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for advertising interfaces and internal tools
Expert proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping capabilities
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Understanding of responsive design principles and front-end technologies.
Advertising Domain Knowledge:
Deep understanding of advertising workflows (campaign setup, targeting, optimization)
Familiarity with advertising metrics and KPIs (impressions, CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)
Experience designing for different advertiser personas (small business, agencies, enterprise)
Knowledge of ad formats, placement strategies, and campaign management flows.
Leadership & Communication:
Proven experience mentoring designers and leading design initiatives
Strong presentation and communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical constraints.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience with major advertising platforms (DV360, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
Background in growth design and conversion optimization
Understanding of advertising industry trends and emerging technologies
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
