About The Role
We're looking for a
Product Designer with strong visual design skills and an ability to move fast in an experimental environment. This role focuses on creating visually engaging, conversion-driven designs for growth initiatives. UX understanding is valued, but
visual craft and execution speed are the primary focus areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, visually refined interfaces for growth and revenue-focused features.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing to deliver end-to-end design solutions.
- Ensure consistency with design systems and visual standards.
- Support experimentation through quick iterations and feedback cycles.
- Contribute to motion and micro-interaction details where relevant.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in digital or product design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, layout, and craft excellence.
- Proficiency in Figma; exposure to prototyping or animation tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple sub-clusters or projects.
