- Maintain high standards of craft, quality, and consistency across deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes.
- Contribute to design systems and mentor junior designers.
Requirements
- 46 years of experience in product design, ideally within fast-paced consumer or growth teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work with clear visual impact.
- Advanced skills in Figma, prototyping, and motion design tools.
- Proven ability to communicate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage changing scopes effectively.
