This role is responsible for managing the purchase of materials, services, and equipment needed for interior and infrastructure projects. The goal is to ensure everything is bought on time, within budget, and with good quality.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Planning procurement strategies based on project timelines and budgets

·       Controlling costs and finding savings opportunities

·       Selecting and managing reliable vendors/suppliers

·       Negotiating and handling contracts

·       Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and teams

·       Ensuring compliance with legal and company policies

·       Leading and guiding the procurement team

·       Maintaining quality standards for all purchases

·       Identifying supply risks and creating backup plans
