About your role
Join the GCSS Functional Admin team to play a pivotal role in functional administration, business operations, analysis and support for GC-owned technology platforms. This dynamic techno-functional role combines technical expertise, providing first-line support for cloud-based, and AI/ML-enabled systems with deep functional knowledge in Risk and Compliance. The business processes include KYC (Know your client) and ASL (Authorised Signatory List).
Responsibilities include supporting internal processes and conduct periodic reviews & updates of KYC policies and procedures to address regulatory changes and emerging risks. Beyond day-to-day administration, you'll contribute in performing business and data analysis, as a business analyst, for new features and enhancements on GC-owned technology platform, also conducting UAT validations and User trainings.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day KYC team operations, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain and enhance the compliance framework for regulated activities.
- Perform business and data analysis for new system features, enhancement and defects.
- Collaborate with the Product Owners, Vendors and internal technology teams.
- Participate in change management, high quality documentation, perform UAT for platform updates.
- Engage with stakeholders to offer guidance and system support.

- nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights
- .Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory), including complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, reporting, and data analysis
- .Experience in process analysis, process improvement, operational excellence, and business requirements gathering
- .Exposure to Power BI and Power Query is desirable but not mandatory
- .Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams
- .Technical understanding of enterprise systems, workflows, and data structures
- .Proactive team player with a continuous improvement mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- .Experience or knowledge of Risk, Compliance, AML/KYC or ServiceNow platforms is advantageous but not essential
