Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Single point of contact for Quality and Information Security activities within projects.
  • Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System & Customer specific processes in the projects
  • Define the right processes for the project based on the nature of development
  • Preparing and presenting quality metrics to internal management and customer
  • Perform Quality and Information Security Audits and publish the audit reports.
  • Support Project Team during external Certification and Customer audits
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis for issues and escalations
  • Support Continual Improvement Initiatives
  • Conduct process trainings to the team

Work Experience

  • Working knowledge of Standards & models such as ISO9001: 2015, CMMI Dev V2.0
  • Good understanding of Information Security Management Systems and ISO 27001
  • Working knowledge of Industrial Engineering and Software Life cycle models
  • Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA), plus Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage
  • 5-7 years of experience in engineering service industry with focus on Quality & Information Security Management Systems
  • Certified in Quality certifications like ISO or CMMI. Other certification like Six Sigma, CSM, SAFE Agile, etc is an added advantage.
  • MS Excel, Word & Power point (Knowledge in VB macros is an advantage)
