Senior Political Consultant – Coordination Lead

Upto₹3 Lakhs per month, based on profile and experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-caliber political consulting professional to lead coordination, execution tracking and strategic integration across a large-scale public engagement and governance-support initiative. This role requires someone who understands politics, governance, bureaucracy and campaign-style execution equally well.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall coordination across strategic, digital, policy, media and ground teams.
• Drive execution timelines, review rhythms and escalation tracking.
• Work closely with senior leadership, government-facing stakeholders and field teams.
• Convert strategy into daily execution plans, follow-ups and measurable outcomes.
• Manage a multidisciplinary consulting and operations team in mission mode.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in top political consulting or governance consulting firms.
• Handled a major state campaign or a large public-facing project.
• Managed 20+ consultants/professionals under them in the past.
• Proven experience working with bureaucracy, ministers or senior public leaders.
• Fluent in Hindi and English, with strong political acumen and ownership mindset.
