Description
We are seeking a Senior PM Testing - Life Science to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing testing projects specifically within the life science sector, ensuring that all products meet the required quality and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage testing projects for life science products from initiation to completion.
- Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and methodologies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Oversee the development and execution of test cases and scripts based on project requirements.
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Identify, track, and resolve defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior testing team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in life science testing.
Skills and Qualifications
- 13-20 years of experience in project management and testing within the life science industry.
- Strong understanding of life science regulations and compliance (e.g., FDA, ISO, GxP).
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies in testing projects.
