Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.

Strong expertise in LoadRunner (VuGen scripting, Controller, Analysis).

Proficiency in scripting, parameterization, and correlation techniques.

Solid understanding of performance testing concepts (response time, throughput, latency, error rates).

Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or similar).

Knowledge of system architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, NeoLoad).

Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
