Job Summary
We are seeking a
Senior Pega Developer who is
CSSA certified and brings deep technical expertise in designing and developing end-to-end Pega applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Pega 8, integrations, and database interaction, and will play a critical role in delivering enterprise-grade workflow automation and business process management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise applications using Pega PRPC version 8 or above.
- Lead the implementation of complex integrations including REST, SOAP, File Listeners, MQ, Agents/Job Schedulers.
- Utilize advanced SQL skills for data handling, reporting, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and team members to gather requirements and propose effective Pega solutions.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of Pega application components with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Participate in peer reviews, code reviews, and ensure best practices in application development.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions for application stability.
Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development (GS8 level).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing integrations: REST, SOAP, Agents/Job Scheduler, File Listener, and MQ.
- Minimum 3 years of experience writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Pega application architecture and case management design principles.
- Experience in working in Agile development environments.
