This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Operator for Granulation & Compression at our Hyderabad facility. The responsibilities include operating, monitoring, and maintaining granulation and compression machines and ensuring production efficiency and quality control. The role requires adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety protocols. Collaboration with other team members to meet production targets and generate detailed production reports is a key part of the position.

• Technical expertise in operating and troubleshooting granulation and compression machinery, along with knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance.
• Proficient understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality control standards, and safety regulations in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high-paced production environment.
• Team collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors effectively.
• Educational qualifications in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related technical field.
• Prior experience in granulation and compression processes, particularly in animal health or pharmaceutical manufacturing, is preferred.
