Senior Operations Manager

Functional Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and store management, to develop a comprehensive roll-out plan for the clientele application in retail stores.
• Work closely with IT teams and software vendors to configure the clientele application based on the specific needs and requirements of the retail store.
• Provide training sessions to store employees on how to effectively use the clientele application, ensuring they understand its features, benefits, and functionalities.
• Offer ongoing support to address any questions or issues that arise during and after the roll-out.
• Coordinate the implementation of the clientele application in retail stores, ensuring timely and smooth execution.
• Collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure a seamless transition and minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth migration of relevant customer data from existing systems to the clientele application, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct thorough testing of the clientele application in a store environment to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
• Collaborate with IT teams and software vendors to ensure the application meets the required performance and functionality standards.
• Develop and deliver communication materials, including user guides, FAQs, and training documentation, to assist store employees in adopting the clientele application effectively.
• Monitor the adoption and usage of the clientele application in retail stores, tracking key performance indicators such as customer engagement, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on the application's impact and effectiveness.
