ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluates and enhances current Operational systems to generate Operational effectiveness
Implements training modules for staff & supervisory levels for employee skill development
Improve the quality and efficiency of the Operations staff and Management team.
Communicate and coordinate operations strategy, structure, and processes downstream
Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions
Review & analyze production reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost efficiency or program improvement
Interview, hire, train, and mentor the operations team. Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for profitability, and increasing market share
Evaluating team's performances, drafting budgets, generating progress reports, and setting goals
Review work schedules and assign specific duties. Focus on aspects of managing a team
Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team
Develop, implement, resource allocation plans
Resolve internal staff conflicts
Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from Operations and requiring coordination with other departments
Successfully relay information about company needs and review operational data to make inferences about the organization's success
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or marketing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
MBA, or equivalent Master's degree in business management
EXPERIENCE
6-8 years supervisory experience in operations or related field
Multi-team management experience
Call Center, banking or collection industry background preferred
Preferred 3rd Party or 1st Party Collections experience

Proven success in a managerial role
Strong decision-making ability basis
Ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable
Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices
Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail
Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure
environment
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT)
