Hudle up! We're looking for a Sr Operations Executive to join our Delhi team, both at work and at play!

About CoPlay: CoPlay ( powered by Hudle ) is a community first brand that operates 40+ premium sports facilities across the country. We want to build the biggest and the most loved sports community brand and aim to build and operate 100+ sports facilities/clubs across the country over the next few years.

Note from Management: We at Hudle want to build the biggest and the most loved sports community brand at Hudle and aim to build and operate 500+ sports facilities/clubs across the

country over the next few years. To build this vision, we are looking to hire an experienced operations manager who could help us build the operational system required.

About the Role: This is a core operations and execution role in the coplay team, which will help us operate 500 sports facilities across the country in the near future. A Senior Operations Executive is responsible for executing operations for Coplay Venues in the Delhi NCR. Some highlights of the role include,

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time,on-budget, and high-quality delivery, including scope, schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.

Operations Oversight:

  • Monitor and improve daily operational processes for efficiency and quality. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Supervise, mentor, and support project team members.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments and manage communicationbetween technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support professional development.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Optimize resource utilization and negotiate with vendors when necessary.
  • Track and report KPIs to evaluate project success and operational efficiency.

Risk & Issue Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Proactively resolve issues to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure project compliance with company policiesand regulations.

Operations Audits:

  • Analyze processes for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and optimize operations.
  • Infra development & management:
  • Execution of development and maintenance of sports infrastructure through internal team and vendors.

Repair & Maintenance:

  • Owning the entire repair and maintenance system for the upkeep of Hudle MVs across the region.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

3+ years of experience in project management and operations, preferably in a senior

or leadership role.

Proven track record of delivering complex projects and improving operations.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Excellent organizational & communication skills.

Having experience in preparing financial reports

Self-motivated, team player & willing to learn.
