Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Officer Quality Assurance to lead our quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards in our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities.
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and processes.
  • Analyze quality metrics and provide reports to management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
