Job Title: L3 Network Engineer – Cisco ACI

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad

Experience: 8+ Years (Minimum 4 Years in L3 Support)

Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced L3 Network Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco ACI to join our Network Operations team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing and supporting enterprise data center network infrastructure, providing L3 technical support, troubleshooting complex network issues, and ensuring high availability of critical network services.

Work Schedule:

• Weekly rotational shifts.
• Afternoon and Night Shift Allowance applicable.
• Weekend support may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 support for enterprise network infrastructure.
• Manage, troubleshoot, and support Cisco ACI environments.
• Perform root cause analysis for critical network incidents and implement permanent fixes.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco Nexus switches and data center networking technologies.
• Manage and troubleshoot Load Balancers.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations.
• Participate in planned maintenance activities and weekend support whenever required.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of overall networking experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on L3 Network Support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure).
• Experience with Load Balancers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise and data center networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
