Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Network Engineer to join our global infrastructure team. In this role, you will design, deploy, and support enterprise-grade network solutions across data centers, cloud environments, and office sites worldwide. You will play a key role in ensuring our network infrastructure is secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and support network infrastructure across office sites, data centers, and cloud environments.
  • Perform small-scale network deployments and assist in implementation tasks for infrastructure projects.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, providing network expertise and support.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure proactive incident response and resolution.
  • Administer and troubleshoot DDI solutions, particularly Infoblox.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Aruba networking equipment including switches and wireless controllers.
  • Manage and secure Fortinet firewalls, including policy updates, VPN configurations, and threat monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service delivery and operational continuity.
  • Document network configurations, changes, and procedures for compliance and knowledge sharing.

COMPLEXITY OF THE JOB

  • Operational Reliability: Ensuring continuous uptime and performance of critical network infrastructure across multiple locations and environments.
  • Technology Breadth: Managing and troubleshooting diverse technologies including DDI solutions (Infoblox), Aruba networking equipment, and Fortinet firewalls, each with its own configuration and security nuances.
  • Project Participation: Supporting small-scale deployments and contributing to broader infrastructure projects, often requiring coordination across teams and time zones.
  • Security & Compliance: Maintaining secure network boundaries and configurations, especially in firewall and DDI environments, while adhering to organizational policies and standards.
  • Incident Response: Quickly diagnosing and resolving network issues to minimize business impact, often under time pressure.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Keeping accurate records of network changes and configurations to support audits, onboarding, and team collaboration.
  • Vendor Coordination: Interfacing with external vendors for hardware, software, and support services, requiring clear communication and technical understanding.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Preferred: Aruba Certified (ACSA/ACSP), Fortinet NSE (Level 4+), Infoblox Certified Network Professional.
  • Specific knowledge of routing and switching protocols
  • Understanding of Networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model and TCP/IP
  • Cisco CCNA certified (or equivalent network administration)
  • Aruba Switching and Wireless
  • Aruba Clearpass
  • MS Office 365 and ServiceNow
  • ITIL qualification

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
  • Proven experience with Aruba networking equipment, Fortinet firewalls, and Infoblox DDI solutions.
  • Experience participating in infrastructure projects and small-scale deployments.
  • Strong background in maintaining network equipment, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
