As a member of the Support team, your focus is to deliver IT applications support and solutions to the Arista business users while serving as an advocate for business user needs.You will interface with the different IT application staff teams on a regular basis. You should have strong knowledge of Oracle Netsuite Application along with good troubleshooting and debugging skills .
What you'll Do
Supporting and Maintaining NetSuite Production.
Satisfy requirements in a SOX environment.
Maintain a healthy backlog of Support cases and monitor the queue on regular basis.
Participate with Business in any Month end /Qtr close activities.
Troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions as needed.
Test the system Configurations/customization.
Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist.
other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or request.
Collaborate with internal team member to deliver the work and should have.
ability to discuss the issue with business partner.
Work in Agile/Sprint model of development.
Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Finance or Accounting.
7 years of industry experience, At least 5 years of NetSuite with Support experience
