Job Description:
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and enterprise application development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications that support modern enterprise and AI-driven customer experience solutions.
In this role, you will work on developing backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices while collaborating closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams. Experience working with enterprise integrations, cloud-native applications, and modern software engineering practices is highly preferred. Exposure to contact center technologies, AI-powered platforms, or cloud services will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core
- Build and maintain microservices architecture for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following software engineering best practices
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
- Integrate applications with third-party services, databases, and enterprise systems
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) for deployment and infrastructure management
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Document technical designs and maintain up-to-date system documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
- Familiarity with entity framework/ORM tools
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and cloud-native application development
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to contact center technologies or AI-powered platforms
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (Angular, React) for full-stack contributions
- Experience with message queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus)
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest)
