Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade .NET applications. The role requires expertise in Microsoft technologies, modern web frameworks, cloud platforms, and database systems. The developer will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions, resolving complex issues, improving performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance web and enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
- Perform complex bug fixes, root cause analysis, and deliver sustainable solutions.
- Improve application performance, exception handling, and logging mechanisms.
- Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and collaborating with onsite and offshore teams.
- Assist in preparing documentation, technical design artifacts, and release notes.
- Leverage architecture artifacts, design patterns, and best practices across the SDLC.
- Manage and review source code, configuration, branching, merging, and deployments.
- Perform gap analysis and contribute to application release planning.
- Monitor and optimize applications using tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, and CloudWatch.
- Ensure smooth CI/CD processes via Azure DevOps.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
Required Skills & Experience- 10+ years of experience in web and application development using Microsoft technologies.
- Expertise in:
- .NET Framework 4.6+, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC 5, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Web Services.
- Frontend technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, frameworks such as React.js and Angular 6+.
- Entity Framework and ORM tools.
- Strong experience in database development (PostgreSQL or SQL Server) writing queries, stored procedures, triggers, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB) is a plus.
- Hands-on with cloud and serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, ECS, S3, Web Services).
- Strong knowledge of Azure authentication mechanisms (MFA, Client Credentials, OBO).
- Experience with Middleware/API integration (MuleSoft, API Gateway).
- Proficiency in DevOps practices: Azure DevOps Portal, CI/CD, version control, build/release management.
- Skilled in application monitoring & logging using AppDynamics, Splunk, CloudWatch.
- Strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and providing technical leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with semi-structured data systems (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB).
- Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
