Role Overview
As a Delivery Agent, you will play a crucial role in executing and managing campaign delivery workflows from start to finish with a focus on data accuracy, data collection, lead validation, and quality assurance. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in data-focused environments, possess strong Excel and data manipulation skills, and can maintain high standards of precision across multiple simultaneous campaigns.
You'll collaborate closely with the Automation, Q/A, and Global Campaign Management teams to ensure clean, validated, and fully qualified lead delivery to clients across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Manipulation
- Work extensively in Excel to organize, clean, and transform datasets for campaign use.
- Manage large data files with precision applying formulas, conditional logic, pivot tables, and advanced functions for quality and insight.
- Identify discrepancies, duplicates, or errors and proactively resolve them.
- Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Conduct rigorous data Q/A and lead validation processes across multiple campaign stages.
- Review and correct campaign files before automation or client delivery, ensuring compliance with internal and client-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with the Q/A and Automation Teams to maintain version control and tracking accuracy across shared drives, Jira tickets, and internal trackers.
- Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
- Support data collection and lead sourcing based on campaign criteria using both internal databases and external platforms.
- Verify contact, company, and mobile information accuracy to ensure lead integrity.
- Maintain awareness of suppression and exclusion lists, ensuring compliance at all times.
- For candidates with experience: manage lead enrichment, third-party integrations (Integrate, ECM, Amplify), and report validation.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with Campaign Managers, Creative Operations, and Customer Success to maintain workflow accuracy and campaign pacing.
- Communicate proactively on delivery timelines, bottlenecks, and quality concerns.
- Maintain detailed documentation of data processes in compliance with Operations standards.
Qualifications
Required Skills (All Levels):
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, and manipulation.
- Experience in data entry, data validation, or data-driven workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with shared systems (e.g., Google Drive, Jira, Amplify, ECM).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Mid to Senior Level):
- Prior experience in lead generation, marketing operations, or data delivery.
- Experience in data quality control, B2B lead enrichment, and CRM hygiene.
- Familiarity with automation workflows and campaign tracking systems.
- Ability to oversee or mentor entry-level data delivery team members.
Experience Levels
- Entry Level: 01 year of experience in data processing, Excel, or marketing support roles.
- Mid Level: 24 years of experience in data delivery, lead generation, or digital campaign operations.
- Senior Level: 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end data delivery processes, QA teams, or client-facing campaign reporting.
