Job Requirements

5+ yrs of experience
Educational qualification - B.Tech in Mechanical engineering
Manufacturing knowledge/experience, manufacturing processes like grinding, EDM, CNC.
Verification & Validation process and the documentation
Experience in using any PLM and PDM
Mechanical design ,Engineering drawing creation and reading skills (geometric dimension & tolerance ) & DFMEA experience
CAD Drawings , 2D & 3D modelling Creo software preferable ANYSS (Analysis & simulation)
Material technology, properties of materials like ( PVC , Aluminium , Copper , Carbide , Graphite , POCO material)
Analytical skills (data analysis report)
Good Communication with Vendors, International customers
Documentation Skills Creating test reports / technical report writing up
Mechanical Measuring instruments handling the equipment's (Vernier calliper, micrometre, height gauge, Caloric meter, Dial gauge)
