This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager, based in Ajmer. The Senior Manager will oversee financial operations, manage cross-border financial projects, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions to clients. Responsibilities include leading client consultations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, overseeing international tax filings, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. The role also involves mentoring team members and driving process improvement efforts.

• Strong expertise in International Tax Compliance, FATCA compliance, and Double Taxation matters
• Experience with Corporate Incorporation, Bank Account Opening, and IRS-related services
• Proficiency in Financial Strategy, Operational Management, and VCFO services
• Skills in Client Consultation, Team Leadership, and Process Improvement
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are preferred
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments
• Experience with financial software like QuickBooks is a plus
