Job Description

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly collaborative, execution-driven Senior Manager – US Insurance Operations & Compliance to take full ownership of our corporate insurance portfolio, with a strong focus on supporting our US staffing operations.
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Legal within the CFO's Office, this role will transform our insurance function into a responsive, proactive business partner that enables commercial growth while protecting the organization's risk position.
  • This individual will serve as the critical technical bridge between our Sales, Client Success, Legal leadership, Finance, and US-based insurance brokers.
  • Beyond managing the insurance lifecycle, the successful candidate will proactively resolve complex insurance escalations, navigate Managed Service Provider (MSP) compliance requirements, and support business expansion through practical, commercially balanced risk solutions.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Risk Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • 6–10 years of progressive experience managing US Commercial Insurance operations, broker management, underwriting support, carrier coordination, or insurance compliance.
  • Prior experience supporting US Staffing, Workforce Solutions, MSP, or VMS environments is strongly preferred.

  • Exposure Reporting.

  • Ability to interpret insurance schedules within commercial contracts and explain business implications to non-insurance stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for exposure tracking, renewal planning, reporting, and claims management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working directly with US insurance brokers and carriers.
  • Familiarity with MSP platforms and enterprise client onboarding requirements.
  • Professional certifications such as ARM, CPCU, or equivalent are desirable but not mandatory.
