Epsilon India is seeking a strategic and collaborative Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition to lead high-performing teams, drive talent strategies, and partner closely with global and India leadership. What You'll Do
- Build strong partnerships with Leadership, HR, and Hiring Managers to enable a strategic, seamless, and business-aligned recruiting process.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team, fostering collaboration, capability-building, and operational excellence.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycleincluding workforce planning, sourcing, assessments, and offer managementfor assigned Business Units.
- Design and implement data-driven recruiting strategies for both domestic and international hiring, informed by talent market intelligence.
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels (referrals, ATS, job boards, social media, and talent communities) to attract high-quality talent while strengthening Epsilon's employer brand.
- Monitor recruiting KPIs and benchmarks to drive continuous improvement in hiring performance and efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted internal consultant and subject matter expert on recruitment trends, talent insights, and workforce planning.
- Manage multiple stakeholder needs and deliver effectively against tight hiring timelines for business-critical roles.
- Use analytics and market intelligence to support talent decisions, provide insights to leadership, and build scalable performance-tracking systems.
- Support communication, engagement, and employer branding initiatives to reinforce organizational culture and priorities.
Qualifications
- 1518 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with proven success leading high-performing hiring teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with globally dispersed leadership.
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism, with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to spot patterns, bring structure to decision-making, and drive consistent execution.
- Decisive, fast learner with the agility to influence, adapt quickly, and drive change across diverse leadership styles.
- Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to inspire trust and build strong partnerships across functions.
