Job Description

  • The candidate will be expected to have good communication and business knowledge
  • Candidate will be engaged in projects that may require them to interact with Global users
  • Candidate shall have the acumen to convert business requirements into blueprints and subsequently configure in SAP systems
  • SD Module users support SAP (HANA ECC)
  • Interface SAP with other software s / Third party using ALE IDOC or other technologies
Desired Skills Experience
  • Minimum of 07 to 09 years of experience in a with at least 03 to 04 full cycle SAP implementation. Experience of SAP
  • Implementation in Pharmaceutical industry will be added advantage.
  • Must have experience of SAP rollout and support for multiple geographies
  • Must be able to manage support projects for large organization
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
  • Understanding of accounting and GST business processes and integration points with other SAP modules
  • Ability to understand business processes from a organization perspective
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
  • Must be results oriented, and shall have attitude like adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
Roles Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD Module
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document requirements
  • Person shall be we'll versed with ALE IDOC and technologies to interface SAP with other softwares
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy organization needs.
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of SD
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
  • Act as liaison with users for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve problems.
  • Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
  • To be able to work on both new implementations and existing support projects
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
