Job Description

To lead strategic engagements with Fortune 500 CFOs and top-tier Indian enterprises, effectively showcasing CLEARs value proposition. We navigate complex sales cycles, position CLEAR uniquely against competitors, and drive deal closure. By mastering our suite of products and leveraging CRM insights, we ensure seamless revenue generation and market expansion

Role Outcomes

  1. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals with Fortune 500 CFOs and high-turnover Indian enterprises, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
  2. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to increase revenue and enhance client satisfaction.
  3. Strategic Client Relationship Management: Successfully manage and nurture strategic client relationships in a B2B environment, focusing on high-value accounts to achieve business targets.
Key Experiences
  • Proven track record in managing strategic client relationships, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in handling high-value accounts and achieving business targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, upsell additional products or services, and effectively close deals. Experience in identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Experience developing and executing account strategies to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Experience coordinating with internal project teams and senior managers to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Experience in understanding and addressing client needs and concerns proactively.
  • Proficiency in analyzing account performance data and key metrics to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Experience in developing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize account strategy.
  • Familiarity with the products or services offered by the company and the ability to understand and communicate how they align with client needs and objectives. Experience collaborating with product teams to incorporate client feedback into product updates and new launches.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding business targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Requirements
  • B.Com in any specialization or any other UG degree
  • An MBA degree in any specialization
  • 3-5 years B2B solution selling experience
  • Excellent communication skills
