Are you the one we are looking for

We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Solutioning & Projects

This role will manage and drive IT RFP (Pre-sales) and End to End IT Transition Management for External Clients of the Organization in the Contact Center IT Infrastructure and Application Management areas.
You are expected to carry out solution design and project management for internal and external projects. The role is key to win new business by providing cost effective solutions and doing the transitions first time right. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the technology solutions and IT infrastructure delivery for the assigned Projects / assignment
  • Manage multiple customers internal or external
  • Drive Productivity Initiatives in the Organization
  • Relationship management - interface with business stakeholders
  • Support Business for IT solution presentations
  • Working on IT Pricing /Budgets
  • Ensuring Project Delivery as per Project management methodology
  • Understand IT infra landscape and strategy
  • Support transitions and business migration
  • Familiarize with Pricing
  • Understand Genpact offerings that can be customized to meet customer requirements
Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications
  • B-Tech, B.E, MCA or MBA IT from reputed university
Preferred qualifications
  • Relevant experience in IT Transition/Solutions
  • Experienced in contact center IT infrastructure solutions or transitions
  • Should have sound knowledge of Network, Voice, server, storage etc.
  • Should have sound knowledge of contact center IT infrastructure landscape
  • Should have in-depth knowledge of IVR design, telephony infrastructure, multi-media contact routing, self -service applications, IVR integration, predictive dialer
  • Should have sound knowledge about CRM and tools for integration with CRM software
  • Should have knowledge about Computer Telephony Integration, Web services
  • Should have knowledge about multi-channel and omni-channel contact center setup
  • Good to have knowledge about speech analytics, workforce management
  • Should have managed IT infrastructure projects (Network/Telecom/ Server compute)
  • Rich experience of Pre-sales / Project Management in contact center IT infrastructure domain
